Bag Budissa Silage Baggers

In order to store your high-quality feed permanently and without any loss of quality, you also need high-quality and durable films. The entry of oxygen must be avoided; this is the only way to keep your feed rich and tasty. Budissa BAG offers two types of tubular film for this purpose. All of our hoses are of course UV-stabilized for a storage period of 24 months (Central Europe). In principle, only high-quality and new raw materials are processed in our film tubes, we do not use any recycling materials. All of our hoses are made from food-safe raw materials.

We have been selling silage film hoses for over 25 years and have always only worked with the best and most modern producers from Europe. Our proven standard quality has developed from all of our experience and close cooperation with the producers. In the thickness range from 175 µm to 240 µm, we offer the entire range of hoses in diameters from 1.20 m to 4.20 m, tailored to the most varied of lengths.

Even the best product has to be further developed at some point. Today environmental protection is more important than ever and therefore it was our goal to develop a product that combines ecological and economic aspects without having negative effects on durability and stability. Such demands can only be realized with the most modern 7-layer manufacturing technology and we are proud to be the first company to be able to offer a 7-layer hose since 2015.

  • 20% reduction in thickness
  • 20% weight saving
  • 20% less consumption of resources
  • No loss of capacity
  • Same strength as our standard hose

Our X-Treme hose has proven itself worldwide, even in regions with the most demanding climates such as South Africa. It works with any type of substrate. Ask for an offer, the price will also surprise you in a positive way.
